Description Strolling along Riau Street and shopping in Factory Outlet are major attractions to the visitor as well as to the small-scale entrepreneur for  the experiential urban space and business opportunity being suggested. This paper will discuss the informal activities that constitute experiential urban space on pedestrian ways in front of the Factory Outlet, and the spatio-temporal arrangements being created through human activities and commodity transaction. Further on, the paper will summarize the physical and emotional aspects of urban spaces in attracting people and creating pleasurable experiences.
