Description The ISPA programme and Cohesion fund Project Management Cycle is analysed in the article. Herein the six of the ISPA programme and Cohesion Fund Projects Cycle Phases are outlined. The changes in Project management Cycle, law and management system which will occur as outcome because of ISPA programme will transform into Cohesion fund after Lithuania will become one of the European Union member state are highlighted. The major problems which arising during European Union funds implementation in candidate countries and member states are segregated. In order to assure that ISPA programme and prospective Cohesion fund would be implemented properly the solutions were found and made recomendations for resolving with management and law related problems.
Straipsnyje analizuojamas ISPA programos ir Sanglaudos fondo finansuojamų projektų valdymas. Nagrinėjami projektų valdymo etapai. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į problematiškiausias projektų valdymo dalis bei pateikiamos rekomendacijos, kaip tinkamai įgyvendinti Europos Sąjungos finansuojamus projektus. Gvildenama projektų valdymo teorija ir jų įgyvendinimo aspektai valdant ISPA programos ir Sanglaudos fondo projektus.
