Description The aim of this study is to determine that success of a company is because of its employees’ performance. Organizations must also ensure that there employees’ are highly satisfied with their jobs. Although, there are various factors that effects satisfaction, one of them is training. Training is basically improvement in knowledge, skills and abilities of an employee on continual basis. This increases the competency level of employee as well as ensures that they are highly employable. Flexible working shifts can lift organization’s productivity higher. Appreciation on every accomplishment, produce new opportunities to practice creativity and competency. This will lead to higher satisfaction. The researcher has chosen quantitative research methodology. Quantitative research methodology gives concrete information through data collection and statistical analysis. Performance of employees should be evaluated to keep the productivity increasing. The process of employee development is very essential and should be effectively implemented. The best way to keep employee retained in the organization is to keep him motivated.
