This study reviews situation of preparing nature management plans in Lithuania, analyses legal acts of evaluationand reviews, changes and practice as well. It is described the main principles of nature management plans in Lithuania. Based on analysis of nature management plans and performance reports of the chosen regional park, is concluded that internal evaluation is being performed, but there are no detailed findings described in public performance reports.
Straipsnyje apžvelgiama gamtotvarkos planų rengimo situacija Lietuvoje, nagrinėjamos vertinimo ir peržiūrų teisinės nuostatos, jų kaitos tendencijos, taikymo ypatumai bei praktika. Analizuojamos gamtotvarkos planų peržiūrų charakteristikos ir periodiškumas. Remiantis pasirinkto regioninio parko gamtotvarkos planų ir veiklos ataskaitų analize, daroma išvada, jog peržiūros metu vidinis vertinimas yra atliekamas, nors veiklos ataskaitose jis nedetalizuojamas. |
