Description In scientific literature, it is agreed, that the progress and development of modern economy depends on a number of entrepreneurs and their abilities, therefore a question of individual education of entrepreneurship is becoming more and more relevant. Firstly, entrepreneurship is associated with the origin of an individual, small and medium-sized enterprise. In rapidly changing economic environment, entrepreneurship as a way of economic activity, including even large organizations with stable resources, becomes important in all areas. In modern society, the importance of individual entrepreneurship’s impact in economic, social, psychological processes of development is increasing. The individual entrepreneurship helps to understand and perceive new opportunities of business development and contributes to the public welfare.In whole European Union, the entrepreneurship is perceived as a priority factor for the development of countries. Moreover, its education can form conditions for the enterpriselevel, especially when the entrepreneurship is developed systematically. However, according to the report of the state control’s state audit “The development of innovations in Lithuania” (2008), it is emphasized that “country’s system of science and education is not focused on the education of entrepreneurship and the development of innovation.” The lack of systematic approach to education of entrepreneurship becomes relevant scientific problem. The main strategic task is to find the measures how to increase the systematic education of entrepreneurship be?This scientific article deals with the concept of education and its importance is highlighted in the context of human resources management as well there is explained the concept of entrepreneurship, are distinguished the peculiarities of entrepreneurship’s education, and is emphasized the importance of systematic education of entrepreneurship.European Union and Lithuanian initiatives that are appointed for education of entrepreneurship are explained highlighting their tune in the aspect of systematic. Best practices of EU member countries are disclosed.As the result of scientific analysis, the recommendations for Lithuania in order to strengthen the systemic education of entrepreneurship is presented.
Verslumo ugdymas tampa vis dažnesniu mokslinių ir viešųjų diskusijų objektu. Šiame straipsnyje, pripažįstant verslumo svarbą visos Europos pažangiam ir perspektyviam ekonominiam ir socialiniam vystymuisi, grindžiama sisteminio požiūrio į verslumo ugdymą būtinybė. Autorės, remdamosi mokslinės literatūros ir dokumentų analize, atskleidžia verslumo koncepcijos diskursą, išsamiai nagrinėja verslumo ugdymo visuotinumo raišką Europos Sąjungos ir Lietuvos politinėse bei teisinėse iniciatyvose. Straipsnyje pateikiamos pagrindinės veiklos gairės, skirtos verslumo ugdymo visuotinumui tobulinti. Jos dėmesys skiriamas naujos verslumo ugdymo programai sukurti, valstybės politikai tobulinti ir verslo bei ugdymo institucijoms bendradarbiauti verslumo ugdymo kontekste.
