Description University students are appealing customers for commercial banks in several countries as well as in Pakistan. The main purpose of this study has determined the reasons of attractiveness about the banks among university student in Faisalabad. This was a quantitative study in the nature and redeveloped, a reliable and valid questionnaire was used for this study. Convenience sampling techniques were used to collect the data for this study. The questionnaire consists of thirty questions that are covering different areas like factors courtesy of employees, brand name, responsiveness, services, parking facilities, attractiveness, security system, low charges, marketing and price. Although it was a reliable instrument but again we check its reliability for this purpose we use a statistical technique called Cronbach’s alpha. Descriptive statistics, KMO and Bartlett test and Factor loading techniques were also used. These tests showed the above factors are important in choosing and motivating the university students in selecting the commercial banks.
