Description This paper aims to identify the satisfaction of cooperative action against the cooperative. Focused on the case of the Cooperativa Agropecuária dos Cincos Polos - COOPERCINCO, which has its headquarters in Agrarian Reform Settlement Project New Amazon city of Boa Vista-RR. It was used during the research case study, qualitative method where the instruments of data collection varied, such as bibliographic and documentary, semi structured questionnaire, ethnographic observation and others. The work was done in the period from March to May 2013, which had as a result of the research showed that the majority of respondents are satisfied with the performance of the aforementioned cooperative.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo identificar a satisfação dos cooperados perante atuação da cooperativa. Focou-se no caso da Cooperativa Agropecuária dos Cincos Polos – COOPERCINCO, que tem sua sede no Projeto Assentamento da Reforma Agrária Nova Amazônia, Município de Boa Vista- RR. Utilizou-se durante a pesquisa de estudo de caso, o método qualitativo onde os instrumentos de coleta de dados foram variados, como levantamento bibliográfico e documental, questionário semi estruturado, observação etnográfica e outros. O trabalho foi elaborado no período de março a maio de 2013, onde tivemos como resultado da pesquisa, apresentou que a maioria dos respondentes estão satisfeitos com a atuação da cooperativa supracitada.
