Natural areas attract a kind of tourist that looks for contact with nature. Thus, new touristic products are being developed. Within the tourism offers at «Parque Regional de las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar» there are notable the outdoor sports, adventure and ecotourism which include both, birdwatching and nature photography. As well as traditional tourism that looks basically for sun and beach, ecotourism is favored here by the geographic location, the natural conditions and the great accommodation offer. However, cultural tourism based on the traditional salt extraction and fisheries has not been developed.
Los espacios naturales atraen a turistas que buscan el contacto con la naturaleza, surgiendo nuevos productos turísticos. Surgen, de este modo, nuevos productos turísticos. En la oferta de turismo de naturaleza del Parque Regional de las Salinas y Arenales de San Pedro del Pinatar destaca: deportes en la naturaleza, aventura y ecoturismo. Este último se divide en: turismo ornitológico y fotográfico, que junto al tradicional de sol y playa y de salud, se ve favorecido por su situación geográfica, condiciones naturales y amplia oferta hotelera. Sin embargo, el turismo cultural basado en la tradición salinera y pesquera no ha sido desarrollado. |
