Be it whether the experiences from overseas or the development of the university library itself, it is an inevitable trend of keeping sustainable development, thereby enlarging the range of services, maximizing fully our advantages and serving the society in response to actual situation.It is the ultimate solution that government and universities join hands to open the university library service to the community.
