Description      La actividad industrial, de cualquier época, tiene una gran importancia para el hombre, pues al igual que el resto de los procesos económicos, es el reflejo del accionar cotidiano de la sociedad sobre el espacio. Considerando esto, el presente articulo tiene como objetivo presentar al patrimonio industrial como recurso para organizar rutas turísticas que permitan en algunos casos recuperar espacios industriales abandonados o usar establecimientos industriales en funcionamiento pero que pueden incorporarse a este tipo de desarrollo turístico. La creación de rutas turísticas puede permitir la reactivación de las economías locales, por constituirse en definitiva en una nueva actividad económica. Para lograr esto es necesario articular el sector público y el privado. De esta forma es posible, a través de la creación de rutas turísticas del patrimonio industrial, generar un desarrollo turístico local sustentable.
     The industrial activity, of any time, has a great importance for the man, because like the rest of the economic processes, is the reflection of daily driving of the society on the space. Considering this, the present article must like objective present to the industrial heritage like resource to organize tourist routes that allow in some cases of recovering industrial spaces left or to use industrial establishments in operation but which they can be gotten up to this type of tourist development. The creation of tourist routes can allow the reactivation of the local economies, to really constitute itself in a new economic activity. In order to obtain this it is necessary to articulate the public sector and the private one. Of this form it is possible,
through the creation of tourist routes of the industrial heritage, to generate local tourist a development sustainable.
