Efficient internal USR practices supporting working conditions, developing new skills, opportunities for advancement, and the opportunity for work-life balance contribute to increasing the quality of work-life QWL. Accordingly, universities are trying to maintain their employees’ quality work-life by leading their human resources managers to implement internal USR practices.
