Description Talent management is a challenging ease concept in the business field, that has started to widespread among organizations locally and internationally, however, this aspect of management is completely related to the human being nature, therefore, a great cautious need to be considered when applying it through an organization especially in service-providing organizations. The purpose of this paper is to reviewing the literature and the impact of talent management on organizational effectiveness.
