Description Among the most important characteristics that distinguish a community from   other   communities   is   its   ability   to   manage   institutions   and   vital programs, not only effectively, but fairly innovative. This descriptive study assessed the elements of quality management system as performed by the college   academic   deans   at   colleges/universities   located   in   Quezon   City, Philippines where they were connected. The key issues the study examined include the impact of the elements of quality management as performed by the college/university academic deans that affect their performances.
