Description |
A human being is a social being. As an employee who spends a lot of time daily in his workplace, organizations must create environments - an environment - in which the employee can interact socially and properly. One of the most important drivers of proper human social interaction is justice. The principles of justice have long been identified by sociologists as decisive and difficult factors for the work of organizations and for the satisfaction of their staff. Therefore, the present study aims to review the Arab and foreign studies related to organizational justice.
