Description |
The organizations are based on a number of foundations, one of which is financial and non-financial resources. Non-financial resources include human resources and non-human resources. The human resource is distinguished from all other resources of the organization by reason and by its psychological and social dimensions. Organizations therefore need personnel who are psychologically linked to their work in the present and future. And that no governmental or private organization can develop its efficiency and effectiveness without the will of its staff to cooperate with it and their desire to do so, unless, and to the extent that it has effective and competent staff. The present study aims at reviewing the Arabic and foreign studies related to the job commitment and its relation to organizational justice.
