Description In many personal psychological studies, neuroticism has been taken as one of the integral elements along with other. However, we do not find any such study where neuroticism is focused in its very individual capacity as an influential mode of human attitude. The core perspective of this research initiative is to look into different objective facets of neuroticism within the close proximity of an organization that is established within a society for the sole purpose to facilitate human beings with respect to multi-dimensional needs. The theoretical framework established in the very beginning and served as a benchmark to regress all the corresponding sections to prove influenceof neuroticism on human cognition that impacts individual learning cycle.
