Description |
This paper suggests the importance and usefulness for leaders to leverage the philosophy of St. Benedict to inform their actions and develop their characters. In doing so, we note how the Rule of St. Benedict is linked to a few academically supported leadership theories, though many more connections can be made between the Rule and other theories. Keywords: Benedictine Leadership, spirituality, philosophy, leadership theories
