The main objective of this paper is to identify the various strategic intelligence technique adopted by Communication Media Industry in Indiaand to analyse whether its application creates a stronger impact in all phases of every media industry and able to cope up with the competing competitive advantage. Thispaper obtained the qualitative views of the various strategic decision makers within and around the Communication Media Industry and the applicability of these techniques in identifying the corporate advantage in within the framework of the industry in India.Strategic Intelligence generally aimed at building an organisational framework by enabling the strategic decision makers to arrive at a final strategy by effective decision making. Strategic Intelligence can be best understood by identifying its advantages and disadvantages which can be utilised effectively in maintaining the balance between the growing globalisation and technological improvisation. The framework of Strategic Intelligence enhances the well-established regulations which will govern them in decision making process in order to cope up with the increasing competitive advantage.
