Description |
Human rights are those rights which each and every single person enjoy. The elements of human rights are inherent in man by birth. It is a gift of nature to all. Human rights are equal for all. Rights are shared equally by all people. Every religion talks about human rights. Buddhist notion of human rights is based on philosophy as well as ethics. Buddhism is a school of ethics more than a teaching based on self-discipline. The social messages given by Buddha are part of human rights. For Buddhism, all living beings are born equal whether they belong to any caste, religion and sex. This message is very much similar to the idea of human rights.
