Description Campus recruitment is a job selection process in which the Industry visits the educational institutions to hire students. In India, the majority of the fresh graduates hiring happens through campus recruitments. The study captures perceptions of the HR1 managers and students on some of the components in a campus recruitment process. It tried to correlate the perceptions of the students and HR managers on Dream company offer, slot sharing, choice of a company, preparation for the recruitment process and the timing of the campus recruitment process. Other specific feedback from HR managers on the expectations from the students and the students’ expectations from the industry also was captured. This would enable the industry and the institution to align their recruitment strategies. For the students, it would help in understanding the requirements of the industry in a campus recruitment process.
