Description In modern society, the insurance is a necessary element of production relations. The specific of the insurance activity is directly connected with compensation of material expenses due to the violation of social reproduction. The violation of social reproduction can occur due to the various negative reasons, such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, illegal activity of the third parties, etc. Society has to carry out a complex of preventive measures as protection against negative impacts of these events. If they don't lead to the necessary result, the requirement appears in compensation of caused injury to property and restoration of the process of social reproduction.
