Description After the end of the Cold War, with the deep development of globalization and many global problems, the theory of global governance has arisen. Cross-national corrupt problems have become social ones which cannot be neglected, and are important goals of global governance. If we completely eradicate global corruption, we should strengthen total cooperation between sovereign states, the UN and NGOs. If so, the effective and good governance in global corruption can come true.
