According to the analysis of graduates employment in higher vocational education at present time and market survey, it obtains the requirement of employers regarding students’ ability, the paper points out that we should orient with employment, pursue the mode of work-study projected combination, conduct curriculum reform in order to train quantities of talents with comprehensive qualities and strong practical abilities.
