Summary, etc. The lack of knowledge among adolescents about reproductive health has made them become victims of sexual crimes especially the women, such as rape, premarital sex, and adolescent pregnancy. This paper uses a quantitative approach to obtain data on reproductive health knowledge on students from SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua (general public/state senior high school) and SMA Swasta Harapan 3 Deli Tua (religious private senior high school). The samples in this study are 165 students, which consist of 91 students from SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua or State Senior High School 1 Deli Tua and 74 students from SMA Swasta Harapan 3 Deli Tua or Harapan 3 Private Senior High School Deli Tua. The results indicate that there is no difference in the level of reproductive health knowledge of students who learn at religious school and those who learn at general public schools. This is proven from the significant values of both schools. SMA Negeri Deli Tua 1 has value around 0.214 or greater than 0.05 value, while SMA Swasta Harapan 3 Deli Tua has 0.209 which is basically similar. These two senior high schools also do not have significant differences in aspects of reproductive knowledge.
