Description The objective of this research is to study The Influence of Quality of Work Life and Job Performance on Organizational Commitment of the Relationship Officer of Business and Commercial Banking of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. This study was a survey research where the 227 population samples were the personnel in the Relationship Officer of Business and Commercial Banking of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. The instrument was a self-administered questionnaire were divided into 4 parts: personal data, Quality of Work Life, Job Performance and Organizational Commitment. Statistical analyses of the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and Hypothesis was tested by multiple regression analysis at 0.01 level of significance. The results showing the quality of working life was influencing job performance significantly at 0.01. The quality of work life influencing organizational commitment significantly at 0.01. Job performance influencing organizational commitment significantly at 0.01. Recommendation: Chief should support the quality of work life of its personnel and provide more insight into that bank or organization system how to manage the return on. To encourage employees an incentive to work vigorously in order that it will create the high job performance and contribute to keeping people who have the ability to work with organizations and commitment to the organization.
