Description Information Technology (IT) is a buzzword in the present economic scenario. It is a tool to build a digital global economy. Thus, organizations worldwide are increasingly introducing various technological changes in their operations. The Indian Postal Department now renamed as India Post is a recent example in this regard. Although IT is beneficial to an organization, its adoption and usage puts the employees in a continuous refinement process. This may trigger different kinds of reactions from the employees towards IT use in their organization. Hence, the study has been an endeavour to identify the factors that significantly have a bearing on the employees’ intentions to accept IT at their workplace. The study has been conducted in post offices and it is based on both primary and secondary data.
