Description This paper is focused on Companies Bill 2013 & its provision on mandatory spending and disclosure of Corporate Social Reasonability activities. We try to study various challenges company may face while implementing CSR. Still it a good initiative taken by the Government but there are many hurdle or loop holes which need to improve for successful implementation.
