Description This study was conducted to statistically validate the Holistic Leadership Questionnaire (HLQ) and the Holistic Leadership Competency Model (HLCM) upon which it is based. It also provided a model structure for the HLQ through the use of confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the instrument was determined via the computation of a Cronbach’s alpha for each dimension of the questionnaire, and the va- lidity of the instrument was determined via several fit statistics generated from the confirmatory analysis (e.g. CFI, LTI, RMSEA and SRMR). Data were collected through the use of Amazon’s Mechanical Turk. A total of 1391 responses were received, and after data screening and cleaning, a total of 1254 participants were included in the analysis. The results of the study suggested clear evidence of a four-factor model.
