The aim of this paper is to find the moderating role of competitive aggressiveness on the relationship between learning & education and business performance among SMEs. Total population of this study was small and medium enterprises working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Non- probability sampling technique and purposive sampling is used to select the sample size and total 384 samples are selected for this study. Bivariate correlation and hierarchical multiple regression is used for data analysis. Relationship between competitive aggressiveness and learning and education and performance is found significant. Process file is used for moderation and it is found that competitive aggressiveness does act as moderator between learning and education and business performance of SMEs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa This study is conducted in SMEs and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa so findings of this study can be generalized only to this sector no other sector and no other province.
