The aim of the paper is to find the relationship between socialization factors and safety behavior. Also, to identify the weakness of the safety behavior system in Sugar mill industries. Survey approach was used to collect the data. Adopted questionnaires were used. SPSS 21 was used to develop the data and bivariate correlation and regression were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that all the factors of the socialization were positively, significantly correlated with safety behavior of employees. But all the variables were weakly correlated except future prospect it was correlated moderately. This data was collected from the sugar mills of DI Khan district, so the findings can be generalizable to these mills only.
