Description 多角化経営は産業企業の発展途中に避けがたい道のりである。中国企業の多角化経営を研究することは、多角化経営研究の成果を豊富するだけでなく、中国企業経営全体に対する認識を深めることにも有意義なことである。中国の家電産業が1980年代から発端してから、中国家電企業は多角化経営を選好した。欧米や日本の産業企業の多角化経営と異なったことには、中国家電企業が実行した多角化戦略は、事業戦略よりも全社戦略であり、競争戦略よりも成長戦略であった。21世紀になって、中国家電企業が相変わらず多事業を抱えた多角化経営を行っているが、市場の伝統製品への需要が逐次に満たされつつあり、多角化経営戦略も転換期に迎えると考えられる。
