The ‘Reliability’ dimension was measured to understand its need and the variables associated with it. Besides the concluding comments, the managerial implications are also suggested to implement the parameters that are affecting the ‘Reliability’ dimension for engineers. These suggestions are to be used for better survival & profitability of the online retail organizations.
