Description This article is the result of an investigation in the territory camagüeyano that the year 1996 began to work in the elaboration of strategies of growth and it has been to perfect with the use of scientific methods, the implementation of systems of objectives. Then, the article intends to settle down the dynamic relationship among the Added Value Bruto, the Value Bruto of Production and the Material Consumption leaving of its static calculation through a variable proxy. The process consists on applying the quantitative methods (Econometrics), obtaining a mechanism of error correction (MCE), to express the dynamic relationship in the short and medium term of the selected components of the static calculation and the Added Value Bruto. A Vector of Correction of Error was obtained (VEC) among the factors that he/she offered elements of utility especially for the strategic control on the material consumption.
Este artículo es el resultado de una investigación en el territorio camagüeyano que el año 1996 comenzó a trabajar en la elaboración de estrategias de crecimiento y se ha tratado de perfeccionar con la utilización de métodos científicos, la implementación de sistemas dirección por objetivos. El artículo se propone establecer la relación dinámica entre el Valor Agregado Bruto, como expresión del crecimiento económico, el Valor Bruto de Producción y el Consumo Material para contribuir al mejoramiento del control de vigilancia o monitoreo del crecimiento económico territorial de dichos factores a priori de forma eficaz. El proceso consiste en aplicar los métodos cuantitativos (econométricos), obteniendo un mecanismo de corrección de error (MCE), para expresar la relación dinámica en el corto y mediano plazo del Valor Agregado Bruto y los componentes seleccionados mediante el cálculo estático. Se obtuvo un Vector de Corrección de Error (VEC) entre los factores que brindó elementos de utilidad para el control estratégico en especial sobre el consumo material.
