The study is based on theoretical framework. The focus in this study was to identify the organizational stressors, to identify the reason that causes employee stress and to find out the suitable methods to cope up with stress. After finding out the objectives or basis of study the author designed the methodology of working. The study is based on secondary data collected by means of internet, journals and books. Even teachers lectures, author's views, employees' and manager's opinion and primary data were considered for the study. The author identified causes of employee stress and methods of coping with stress in this study.
