Description |
The method used to undertake this research is a literature review. We mention that this type of method provides readers with an overview of the ideas, theories, and significant perspectives published on the topical issues of sustainable development, innovation and organizational changes. We present a systematic literature review of these concepts for the purpose of recognizing their position in the field of research and their position in the real business environment. Schumpeter argued that this phenomenon consists of all the changes that are taking place in order to implement and use new types of products, new means of production and transport, new outlets and forms to organize the production process. This definition reflects the direct link with organizational change and the combination of these dimensions is certainly reflected as a managerial tool necessary because businesses need change at every step. The subjects of organizational change and sustainable development must be thoroughly addressed by managers as they contribute to ensuring success in the business environment. Organizational changes are a sensitive issue for both managers and employees. The in-depth knowledge of the phenomenon of organizational change and of the types of changes that may occur is essential. More explicitly, organizational changes can be seen as "a state of transition between the present state and a future state towards which the organization tends". According to this logic, organizational change can easily be associated with the innovation process. In this paper, we discuss some different approaches in order to express novelty in the field.
