Description |
The design of a green city integrates with the intention of creating a habitat for people dedicated to the minimization of waste output and pollution. This research aims to determine the moderating effect of the residents’ education level on their intention to recycle. Data collected from a survey on 255 residents in Kuala Lumpur city was analyzed using structural equation modeling. The findings indicate that the realization of green cities is affected by both attitudes towards recycling and subjective norms, which are then moderated by the level of education of the residents. Keywords: Green cities; Attitudes towards recycling; Subjective norms; Education leveleISSN 2398-4295 © 2018.
