Description The importance of studying organizationalcommitment and job satisfaction is thatorganizations who depend on positiverelationships with clientele and co-workerscannot afford to have employees who are notcommitted to the organization and could nothave or frame HR policies for the people wholeave the organization within a short span oftime. Employees of public sector insurancecompanies are supposed to have less turnoverintention as most of the seniors are already inthe verge of retirement and others in the middleorder have a job security and higher salaries incomparison to private sector. The senioremployees of existing public sector insurancecompanies are also flooded with opportunitiesin private sector. Hence the current study aimsat exploring the various factors of jobsatisfaction in relation to public sectorinsurance companies and its relation toorganizational commitment. The results of thePLS-SEM proved that there is direct positivesignificant relationship between job satisfactionand organizational commitment.
