Description Indian banks apparently doing good but with the growing decadence of Indian economy itwould not be possible to maintain the present rate of profitability and growth unless somestrategic change is not immediately initiated and necessary technical and expertise isdeveloped to successfully persue business model to outreach the poor, it would be difficult topursue sustainable business. An attempt has been made in this paper to comprehend theproblem and to develop sustainable business strategy to steer Indian banks from the loomingdepressed market.
