Itdiscusses these conditions from empirical analysis ofthe conditions in the Nigerian market and introducesthe need for research to focus on a wider perspectiveon entry mode research suggesting a look at not justcost minimization measures, but also value creationand the notion of strategic flexibility underuncertainty as advocated by the real options theory.
