Management Information System is type of information systems that gathered data and summarized it to meaningful and useful forms to help in decision making process. This research attempts to provide a better and clear understanding of the importance of Management Information System and therefore reviewing literature concerning the impact of MIS. The expected output of this study is to give clear views of MIS and the relation between MIS and managerial decision making process.
