Description |
The research tries to analyze dependency of compensation, and career level along with temperament to employees' performance. Structured and unstructured interview are used to get information from the management and salesman of Astra International Co. Then using Chi-Square Test, the research suggests that factors such as salesman who has Sanguine - Choleric Temperament, compensation equity, and good opportunities to climb up have a positive dependency with their performance. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengkaji lebih jauh dependensi faktor kompensasi, jenjang karir dan faktor temperamen terhadap kinerja. Dengan melakukan wawancara yang terstruktur maupun tidak terstruktur kepada pihak perusahaan dan tenaga penjual PT. Astra International yang kemudian dioleh dengan metode Statistik Chi-Square Test diperoleh kajian : Faktor tenaga penjual yang bertemperamen Sanguin-Kolerik, keadilan kompensasi dan kesempatan yang memuaskan untuk maju dalam jenjang karier memiliki hubungan dengan prestasi kerjanya. Kata kunci: Temperamen, Kompensasi, Karier, Prestasi Kerja. |
