Description The efect of the minimum wage on unskilled labor is not a very good one. To the contrary, it creates unemployment, and eventually excludes them almost entirely from the labor market. is is a tragedy, in that this cohort can least a ord the ravages of unemployment. is is not the rst article ever written about the aws in the minimum wage law. However, we do cast aspersions on it that are anything but widespread in the literature.Keywords: minimum wage law, unemployment, economic regulation, rights violation
