This paper refers to the meaning of Politics and to the transformations of this meaning in the era of 'technological revolution'. New technologies shape new utopias, influencing the character and the mentalities of the people. However, 'technological revolution' is of particular politological importance: it contributes to the expanding role of state intervention in the field of socio-economic planning. Under these circumstances, constitutional arrangements of political power are necessary. |
