Description |
This study by looking at the climatic internal dynamics behind innovation showed that supporting and non-controlling supervision has a significant positive influence on interest in work innovation especially in a sector where innovation is a taken for granted issue. Interest in work innovation is not an investigated approach in the innovation literature. Besides, the questionnaire adapted is validated through confirmatory factor analyses. The sample consists of the engineers, supervisors and other employees working in the production plants of four leading labels which are known for highest innovation in the sector.
