Description |
In the last 20 years, some innovative practices emerged in the field of evaluation and promotion of the quality of justice. Some of these instances appeared spontaneously at the local level, others have been promoted by the central administrations such as the Best Practices Project, which is today the Italy’s widest organisational change management program involving a single large public administration. This articles focuses on such innovative practices. For each selected innovative case, the ambition is to describe its history, how it works, which kind of results have been reached, why it is innovative, if it is supported, ignored or somehow impeded by Ministry and Judicial Council.
