Description      La Región de Murcia ha sido conocida, durante décadas, casi exclusivamente como
destino turístico de sol y playa, pero en la actualidad la imagen promocional que se intenta transmitir nada tiene que ver con el monocultivo de dicho producto turístico. Bajo la misma Marca se ampara la diversificación, porque para ello se está trabajando y poniendo en marcha Planes de Dinamización Turística y Grandes Proyectos Turísticos Integrados destinados a fomentar la existencia de una oferta variada, tanto en su localización geográfica, como en las características de los productos turísticos. Hoy resulta más riguroso hablar de Región de Murcia Turística por las diferentes alternativas disponibles para la demanda.
     En este trabajo se pretende mostrar una selección de dichos productos, sus especificidades y las potencialidades que manifiesta la Región para su óptimo desarrollo.
     The Region of Murcia has been known, over decades, almost exclusively as a tourist
destination of sun and beach, but at the present the promotional image that the autonomous community tries to convey does not have anything to do with the specialization of such tourist product. Under the same brand, it is collected the diversification, because for this propose a great deal of work is being realized and Tourist improvement schemes and Big tourist projects hare been started with a view to fostering the existence of a varied offer, as much in its geographical localization, as in the characteristics of the tourist products. Today it is more rigorous to speak of Region of Tourist Murcia for the different available alternative for the demand.
     In this work we intend to show a selection of these products, their features and the potentialities that the Region offers for its most suitable development.
