The Author suggests that with the help of theoretical intervention into leadership theory we may be able to apply (and develop) praxiology and metapraxiology to resolve some of the problems related to structural chaos of basic terminology. Paper focuses on implementing concept of praxiological efficiency to elaborate the meaning of the term leadership effectiveness in leadership field.
