In this paper, it is concluded that governments, especially in developing countries, must encourage this strategy by establishing policies to support and encourage their enterprises because this strategy can boost the economic growth of the organization, region, and country. In addition, the knowledge transfer from large organizations to SMEs can help SMEs to develop a better organization.
