Description |
Retaliation is a natural human reaction. In a corporate setting, however, it can destroy the ethical foundations of an organization. This paper uses examples from the Bible to demonstrate that successful leaders understand that getting even is not the optimal way to behave. Great leaders should be concerned about justice, rather than avenging past slights. Unsuccessful leaders, on the other hand, are often sidetracked from their organization’s mission by the desire for revenge.
