Description Finally, employee’s education level and some business related experience were contributing a positive effect for the growth of mean annual salary. The salary growth rate of higher educated and experienced salary level is higher than of lower ones, the gap of the mean annual salary of employee’s increases when the respective service year and education level increases. This implies that both level of education and years of experience is an important factor for employee’s income growth.
